We understand that sometimes you want to return an item for no particular reason other than you just changed your mind. No problemo! Unlike other shops, we are okay for you to return items back to us without having to explain too much. Shipping the item back to us will be at your expense, but we will refund the full cost of the merchandise. Note that this doesn’t apply to purchases made at fairs and bazaar events.
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, no worries as we accept exchanges. You will need to pay for shipping the item back to us, but we will happily pay for shipping the new item to you! If you are exchanging for a different style, you will need to cover shipping costs both ways. If the new item costs more, we will send you an invoice so you can pay the difference through our various payment options. If the new item costs less, we will refund this difference to you – please allow 7 days for this to clear to your account, depending on the payment channel you used. Note that this doesn’t apply to purchases made at fairs and bazaar events.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or with tags removed will not be accepted for return or exchange. Also, undergarments cannot be returned. Merchandise purchased at bazaar events are also final.
Jean+Paul only accepts return of products within 7 days after you received your products.
No refunds will be given for the difference between the original and sale price, should the item go on sale.
