FAQ

How do i check my order status?

You can track your orders using the Track your Order elink from the main menu. Keep your order number and email address handy as you will need to enter them on the page. You can also login to your account and track your order from there.

What are the payment options?

mYou can easily pay via debit or credit cards, bank deposit, Paypal, or M. Lhuillier. When you place an order, you can choose which payment option you’d like and further instructions (e.g., our bank account, etc.) will be provided. If you are paying through M. Lhuillier, please don’t forget to email/message us a photo of your remittance slip.

We do not do pickup or meet up at this time, but we frequently join fairs and bazaars, so follow us on Instagram for updates!

How do I cancel my order?

mOnce you have successfully placed your order, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you can return it to us if you simply changed your mind. Just check out Return Policy.

Help I encountered an error while placing my order!

mTo be on the safe side, don’t reload or refresh the page. Just sit back and leave us a message so we can investigate the matter. Rest assured that all payments are manually verified each time, so any double payments will be identified and easily refunded. We do recommend that you don’t proceed with making another payment until after we make the necessary verification.

Who will win a fight to death – the X-Men or the Avengers?

mThis is a toughie… but our money goes to the X-Men. Jean Grey/Pheonix alone can probably take them all. Sorry.

Where do you deliver and how much?

mWe deliver to anywhere in the Philippines, from Luzon to Mindanao. It only costs a flat rate of ₱99 with tracking information provided.

When do I receive my item?

We ship everyday (except public holidays and Sundays) so please allow 3 to 5 working days to receive your item from the date payment clears to our account. Please note that if payment is made on a weekend, it may clear to our account on the next business day.

Do you have a size guide?

Don’t panic! Your Jean+Paul ninjas are here to help you. Each merchandise comes with its own unique size chart in which we measure the actual dimensions of the merchandise (not your body measurement). Find out how to measure here.

This way, you can easily compare it against  any existing shirt that you have. You will find the measurements on the product page.
